HELP LINE RTI is working for common man and grieviance in UTTARAKHAND.
He worked on information related departements of municipal corporation , police department , distric administration, divisional administration, urban development, hotriculture department, health department, S.B.I., archeological survey of india.
Being a social worker he worked rigriousouly for common man and keep working on it .
..........Bringing In-formation to the Citizens
Right to Information Act 2005 mandates timely response to citizen requests for government information. It is an initiative taken by Department of Personnel and Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions to provide a– RTI Portal Gateway to the citizens for quick search of information on the details of first Appellate Authorities,PIOs etc. amongst others, besides access to RTI related information / disclosures published on the web by various Public Authorities under the government of India as well as the State Governments.

Mr. M.S Negi has started to work on RTI september 2006 after the estabilsment of RTI act in october 2005.
The starting was done with a press conference , Mr. M.S Negi started working on right to information act and for his work he got letter of appreciation RTI ACTIVIST by Mr.Arvind Kejriwal -Public Cause Research Foundation .

An Act to provide for setting out the practical regime of right to information for citizens to secure access to information under the control of public authorities, in order to promote transparency and accountability in the working of every public authority, the constitution of a Central Information Commission and State Information Commissions and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
